Our property is staffed with 24 hour Front Desk staff. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12 noon. There are numerous options for parking at lots close to the property. This is a non-smoking property.
Rittenhouse 1715 continuously pampers its guests with plush robes, marble bathrooms, triple sheeting and nightly turndown service. All rooms are furnished with voicemail, iPod hookups, large screen plasma cable TV’s, hairdryers, complimentary newspapers, irons and Molton Brown bath amenities. Wireless computer service is available throughout the building as well as two computer workstations for guests who prefer not to bring their laptops. Attention to detail is evident throughout the property. Guests enjoy 24-hour concierge service, complimentary wine every evening served in Drawing Room in addition to the Lavish Continental Breakfast served each morning.

All of our rooms/rates are for double occupancy. We can accommodate additional person in only 2 rooms for a charge of $15.00 per person per night. Please call our Reservations Toll Free number for details.
There is a 15.2% tax added to all room rates.

We are a small property whose policy is to never overbook rooms. Reservations for Friday, Saturday or Holidays require a 72 Hour cancellation notice. Weekend reservations cancelled for any reason with less than 72 hours notice will be charged for one night stay.
24 hour notice is required for any cancellation during the middle of the week (Sunday through Thursday nights).
